Essential Duties
The Culinary Arts Institute anticipates the need for part-time time-limited, non-tenure track positions teaching food and nutrition courses. Adjunct instructors may be needed to teach courses in both the kitchen lab environment, lecture classroom, and online.

Essential Duties Include:
  • Provide high commitment to quality teaching in Nutrition.
  • Commitment to maintaining prompt and regular communication with student population.
  • Updating course materials as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Master’s degree – Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science
Preferred:
  • RD, RDN preferred
  • Experience teaching in nutrition, health science, or related field.
  • Experience with community outreach
Job Description Summary
The Culinary Arts Institute anticipates the need for part-time time-limited, non-tenure track positions in Nutrition. Adjunct instructors may be needed to teach courses in kitchen labs, face to face classrooms, or online.

Instructors may teach up to two Nutrition courses per semester.
