Essential Duties
  • Work with other ambassadors in a team oriented environment to support the Office of Development and Alumni through alumni calling, video content creation, and event support.
  • Call constituents to build rapport, update demographic information and solicit gifts for The W Fund.
  • Gain an understanding of The W, its organizational structure and its annual needs for financial support.
  • Commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
  • Arrive on time with a positive attitude.
  • Handle personal information with confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled
  • Extremely enthusiastic about The W
  • Possess excellent communications skills
  • Knowledge of social media use and trends
  • Willingness to work creatively with a team
  • Available to work afternoons and nights
Job Description Summary
Work with a team of ambassadors to establish an open and engaging line of communication between the University and its supporters through alumni calling, content creation, and event support.

Call constituents to build rapport, update demographic information and solicit gifts for The W Fund.

Institutional and Federal Work Study students can apply.
