| Job Description Summary | Child and Parent Development Center (CPDC) Teachers are responsible for the supervision and overall management of their classrooms including maintaining materials and room arrangements in compliance with National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards and Mississippi Department of Human Services (MSDH) Childcare Licensure Regulations. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practice and best practices in early childhood settings. This position is part-time 6.75 hours per day, 33.75 per week. Hours are 7:15 am – 2:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break. |
